Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes

We provide cycling facilities for adults with disabilities and anyone else wishing to re-discover the benefits of cycling in a safe, supportive environment.  Our wide range of specially adapted bicycles, tricycles, side-by-sides, hand-cycles, wheel chair transporter (and ordinary two-wheel bikes and ebikes) enable everyone to experience and enjoy cycling.

We help people (age 16+) with a wide range of physical or mental disabilities experience the freedom and fun of riding a bicycle.  We also help older adults re-discover the joys of riding a bicycle.

Additional Information

We currently run sessions 9 am - midday on the first and third Fridays of each month.  Just turn up, no need to book (but its often quieter from 9am-10am) £3 charge for participants. Free for carers and parents accompanying the participant.
