Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes
Serenitea Café is a non-profit recovery and wellbeing community café where you will find a welcoming space and a listening ear alongside eat-in or takeaway homemade food, freshly ground coffee, and delicious drinks, in the heart of Ashley Road, Poole, Dorset. A place where you can chat, drink coffee, relax, socialise, and if you wish, receive discreet advice, counselling, and support.
Staffed by trained mental health professionals and drug and alcohol advisors, Serenitea is the first café and takeaway in Poole that is supported by EDAS and offers a nurturing environment with a great vibe and good banter where everyone is welcome, including furry four-legged friends!
We are here to welcome and support anyone who feels lonely, needs help, or needs a chat at any time!
We also have free WiFi and a free Internet café facility.

Community
As a not-for-profit organisation we offer great value and all of our profits are invested in therapies supporting Poole residents with physical or emotional health issues. We are here to welcome and support anyone who feels lonely, needs help or needs a chat at any time!
We also have free WiFi and a free Internet café facility.
Coffee
Freshly-ground coffee roasted locally in Bournemouth. Our baristas are capable of whipping up some tasty milkshakes, floats, and smoothies too!
Food
Deliciously fresh food. We love serving big portions of hearty and filling food, perfect for any mood. Our menu also includes a variety of tasty vegetarian and vegan options, plus daily specials!
Courses
As a wellbeing café, we offer free parenting workshops, emotional and physical wellbeing courses, and other activities and events to enrich and support our community.
Events
Fabulous and fun events run throughout the year. Weekly coffee mornings, quizzes, carers nights, cream tea hire, parenting courses, and events to support our community.
