Bridging the Gap Together! is an independent Community Interest Company, our aim is to provide a hollistic approach to supporting parents/carers of children as well as young people with complex needs or disabilities, this could include mental health needs, learning difficulties, sensory or communication impairment, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and/or on the Autistic Spectrum.

We can provide one-to-one support to the individual or the whole family.
We run different groups
Our Chat and craft session for the whole family, this can give you time away from the world of digital devices, it will give you space to slow down. These will take place at our office in Weston-Super-Mare and at 65 High Street, Nailsea
Our Minecraft group is for the online gamer in the family, we will be running these from our office in Weston-Super-Mare and at 65 High Street, Nailsea
