Weston Hospicecare Volunteering
"Weston Hospicecare gives support to people with life-limiting illnesses in North Somerset."
For more than 30 years we’ve given palliative care to people with life-limiting illnesses in Weston-super-Mare and North Somerset completely free of charge.
We exist to bring peace to adults who are experiencing physical and emotional pain as a result of their terminal health condition.
We believe everyone should enjoy the best possible quality of life at the end of their lives and we strive to serve the finest care to those in Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding areas who are experiencing suffering from a life-limiting illness.
Weston Hospicecare offers a wide range of palliative care completely free of charge to those who need them. Our doctors, nurses, complementary therapists and clinical support staff will support you, and your family, during your illness.
We’ve developed and tailored our care over the past 30 years to meet the demands of our patients. So whether you have a life-limiting condition, or know someone who has, you can speak with your GP or call us on 01934 423900 for more expert information about how we can help.
Volunteering can take up as little or as much of your time as you would like. Even volunteering for as little as an hour or two a week makes a huge difference. We have many different roles for you to pick from and would love to hear from you.
Please see our website or call 01934 423975 for information about our current volunteer roles. Apply online today!
Each profile on aDoddle.org is added by the individual organisation or by their representative. All information is shared in good faith with the ability, through aDoddle's unique 'Traffic Light System' for you to see when it was last updated. If Everyone Cares CIC and aDoddle.org are not endorsing any organisation directly.
To do so, click the "Send Message" button below. This will send the profile's account owner a message just letting them know that someone would like them to update their profile. It's completely anonymous and it's just a friendly reminder for the project.
