Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes
We are an inclusive, disabled-led art group giving opportunities for people to come together and do art in a social and peer-supportive atmosphere. We are open to all ages and abilities, we share and learn from each other. We meet once a month in each of Llanfair Caereinion, Llanfyllin, Newtown, Machynlleth and Llanidloes. We provide space, time, materials and refreshments, for a low session fee. We meet on Wednesdays, 11-3, except Llanfair Caereinion which is on a Tuesday. All welcome, come join us and unleash your creativity!

We are open to people interested in doing art in a social atmosphere, to all ages and abilities, we share and learn from each other. We meet once a month in each of Llanfair Caereinion, Llanfyllin, Newtown, Machynlleth and Llanidloes. We provide space, time, materials and refreshments, for a low session fee. We meet on Wednesdays, 11-3, except Llanfair Caereinion which is on a Tuesday. All welcome, come join us and unleash your creativity! Some people only come to the session nearest to them and join the other sessions on Zoom, some people attend more than one location. Where possible, we try to help arrange car-sharing to get to venues.
We believe in the power of social art to promote physical, mental and community wellbeing. People come along and do whatever art they fancy, and we all chat with each other - sometimes about art, but also about other things too. Through art we are able to build new friendships and networks, and to support each other.
