Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes
Our simple aim at Who Needs Instructions is to get men talking more. If men become more willing to talk about the stuff that really matters (thoughts, feelings, etc.) then it will help prevent them from spiralling downwards and hitting crisis point.
Men account for 74% of suicides in the UK, it is our belief that if we get men talking more and sharing with their fellow man, it will help reduce this awful statistic.

At Who Needs Instructions, we run numerous (free) events which get men together and talking, We also have a membership (£30 a month) which allows us to create communities and run events where we can introduce men to new things and create the brotherhood that we believe is needed.
