Pregnancy Crisis Care (Plymouth & SE Cornwall)
"To provide counselling for individuals and couples facing any pregnancy-related crisis or loss"
"...I cannot put into words how valuable the counselling I received at the Centre has been, and give you all my heartfelt thanks for all the work you do. You are lights in a dark place and the world so needs you."
Pregnancy Crisis Care is a Plymouth-based charity helping individuals and couples with any pregnancy related crisis or loss by providing free, confidential counselling and support. This includes impartial counselling for those facing an unexpected pregnancy - * we are a counselling service - not an abortion provider but we will signpost on to other services as appropriate.
Our service is for all ages and you can contact us direct, or be referred to us by another agency.
Partners are welcome and couples can attend together. The number of sessions are unlimited.
We currently have a waiting list (as at March 2026) of around 12-14 weeks for longer-term counselling - please call or email, and we will put your name on the list. After 7 free sessions, we are asking clients to consider a weekly donation if possible to help us continue to run this service.
To book an appointment and find out more please call 01752 246788* or email: [email protected].
*We offer advice, support and information for all options relating to unplanned pregnancy. However we are not part of the medical referral system for termination. We do however signpost clients on to other agencies, including all medical services.
Many women and families who have come to us have wanted to give something back to help others in a similar situation. If you'd like to help raise funding, attend events or raise further awareness of our work, as well as pregnancy and baby loss, please email us on : [email protected]
