DESCRIPTION:Today is International Volunteer Day – A day to promote volunteerism\, encourage more people to consider volunteering\, and encourage governments to support volunteering efforts. \nVolunteers are the glue that holds together many charitable organisations. Without their efforts\, many charities would struggle to make the vital impact that helps so many people to live their lives every day. \nTheme of the day 2025\nInternational Volunteer Day theme is “Solidarity through volunteering.” The theme aims to gather all people to volunteer work for social and economic development and to change people’s mindsets to build a better world. This time is not to stand alone\, but we must stand with each other to work together.
