SUMMARY:Blood Cancer Awareness Month
DESCRIPTION:September 2025 Is Blood Cancer Awareness Month\nWhat do #Leukaemia\, #Lymphoma\, and #Myeloma have in common? They’re all blood cancers. According to the Leukaemia & Lymphoma Society\, more than 1.5 million people today are living with or in remission from blood cancer. \nBlood cancers are a complex group of diseases. Advances in treatment are helping more people live longer after diagnosis. But more than a third of people with blood cancer live fewer than 5 years after diagnosis. \nBut what are the symptoms? Can a test reveal whether you have blood cancer before you even have symptoms? Who’s at risk and what should you discuss with a doctor? \n#BloodCancerAwarenessMonth exists so that more people will learn the answers to these questions. You can help by sharing facts and information online and in your community\, as well as supporting people who are living with blood cancer. \nSource: September is Blood Cancer Awareness Month: Leukemia\, Lymphoma\, Myeloma (healthline.com)

SUMMARY:Positive Thinking Day
DESCRIPTION:Its Positive Thinking Day 🙂 \nNegative thinking has a way of sapping away a person’s self-worth and distorting a person’s view of the world. It also has a tendency of poisoning everything in that person that’s good and decent. \nFortunately\, that’s a process that can be stopped with a little bit of #PositiveThinking. Positive thinking\, when properly applied with purpose\, can help a person feel better about themselves and can make them feel like the best version of themselves. And that’s why Positive Thinking Day is such an important day. This unofficial holiday falls on the 13th of September and is designed to help everyone replace their negative thinking with more positive thoughts. \nAccording to a 2015 study\, positive thinking can be a good first step towards #BetterHealth. This study showed that people who were optimistic in their outlook were twice as likely to have strong cardiovascular health and had a lower amount of stress hormones in their bodies. \nAnyone who thinks this holiday might be a good day to turn around their positive thinking can do so by taking the time to celebrate #PositiveThinkingDay. They can this by giving themselves a positive affirmation on this day\, by showing gratitude to those around them\, or by taking a few moments to read motivational books. \n#ShowGratitude #PositiveAffirmations #BeKind #GetMotivated
