We provide a variety of services in different locations across North and South Wales
Whether you're having problems in your relationship or you need help getting over a break up, talking things through with one of our counsellors can make a real difference.
A cancer diagnosis can be life changing and it can have a big impact on you and your family. Our counselling service can support you through this difficult time.
If you have been abusive within a relationship and would like help to change your behaviour you may find our Choose2Change programme useful.
If you're concerned about your sex life or just want to be able to talk more openly with your partner about sex, our therapists can help.
If your family is going through a difficult time you might find it helpful to talk to a counsellor about what's going on.
If you're not feeling like yourself, talking to someone who's not involved in what's going on can really help.
Our Child Contact Service in Wales helps children to maintain appropriate, safe contact with their parents and/or other family members after separation or divorce.
If you're experiencing problems in your relationship or in your family and you'd like to talk to someone about what's going on you can speak to a Relate counsellor over the phone.
Having a new baby is life changing, particularly for first-time parents. It can also mean a whole host of new pressures on your relationships. At Relate Cymru, we see thousands of parents who are struggling to come to terms with the momentous experience of having a new baby. To support new parents in Wales, we have developed new information and advice resources to help you navigate your changing world.

As a charity we aren't intending to make a profit but, for counselling that isn't funded by grants or contracts, we have to charge a fee for our services to cover the cost of delivery. Face to face Counselling and Sex Therapy appointments cost £59 per session.
If you are on a low income please ask our Appointments staff about possible reductions for phone or webcam counselling. If you'd like more information about our charges please call 0300 003 2340 or email us using our online form.
