

The 4th of November is National Stress Awareness Day.
The Stress Management Society’s recent study in partnership with Huawei, AppGallery, and Headspace ” identified that 65% of people in the UK have felt more stressed than ever before since the COVID-19 restrictions began in March 2020″.
