The Citizens Advice service aims to

  • provide the advice people need for the problems they face.
  • improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.

Advice provided by the Citizens Advice service is free, independent, confidential, and impartial, and available to everyone regardless of race, sex, disability, sexuality or nationality.

Citizens Advice Exeter is a member of national charity CitizensAdvice, which produces and updates AdviserNet (the web-based system we use to advise clients) and sets quality standards for our advice, training, equal opportunities and accessibility.

What We Do

At Citizens Advice Exeter we can help you sort out your money, legal and other problems.

We can give you free, confidential, impartial and independent information and advice on a wide range of subjects including

Volunteer with Us

We offer our volunteers nationally recognised training, interesting work and a friendly team. 

We will be holding our next Recruitment Fair in September 2018. If you are interested in joining us & would like to find out more about the roles on offer please register by completing the ‘volunteer information request on our website
