Braunton Memory Cafe

"Providing a safe friendly meeting place for people suffering with dementia and their carers"

Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes

The Memory café is for:

  • Anyone who is experiencing memory problems or who has been newly diagnosed with dementia
  • Their relatives/friends who support them.

Research has shown that space to talk and share helps carers understand what is happening, as well as support the person who experiencing memory challenges. The Memory Café aims to provide this safe, social space for people in this situation. Entrance is Free.

After Closing during  Covid 19 lockdown we are resuming on September 29th , and hopefully every last Wednesday thereafter at a new venue - The Vivian Moon Centre.
