Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes

Trauma Breakthrough is a UK charity supporting adult survivors of trauma and abuse.
1-in-3 people experience trauma (childhood abuse, accidents, domestic violence, sexual assault) during their lifetime. We provide FREE specialist support and wellbeing services, individual and group therapy/counselling, and mental health skills courses; as well as training for friends & family, businesses, and community organisations in how to provide effective support for those struggling with their mental health.
