Through a network of dedicated staff and volunteers we offer a variety of one to one sessions, self management classes, one off workshops and well being activities including: - counselling, befriending, information, either face-to-face or on the phone, massage, mindfulness, yoga, healthy eating workshops, singing groups, home visits to housebound people and those who are terminally ill.

Pauls is always looking for people to volunteer at the centre to help with activities like welcoming clients, inputting data and preparing for activities.
