What We Do

Our aim is to encourage people to get active. Over the year we will be creating and hosting fitness clubs of all ranges so that everyone can get involved in one form or another. There are no advanced classes as we want to create a community feel that's social as well as active.

We're always on the lookout for new volunteers, whether they are personal trainers looking to hold classes, or mental health professionals looking to hold drop in's. Our door is always open to new people and new ideas.
