Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes
We believe parents and carers are vitally important to supporting their child or young persons wellbeing and mental health. Often, waiting times to see professionals can be long and sometimes unavailable so we provide group peer support, resources, training and 1:1 guidance for parents and carers which is free and has no waiting time or referral system.

Get in touchWhat We Do
We provide support however you prefer to receive it. We offer 1:1 support via telephone or Zoom, small group workshops where we share resources and discuss how to support with various mental health issues, we provide signposting and guidance via email or messenger. We arrange training and workshops for parents both with invited trainers and guest speakers and by our two directors who offer in house training. We don’t charge for support as we believe parents should not have to pay for access to our resources and time. We rely on donations and grant funding to provide what we offer.
