"Building neuroinclusion and wellbeing in education, healthcare, work and wider life."

Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes

We are passionate about neurodiversity, accessibility and inclusion.

Why? Because our vision is for all individuals to have the opportunity to flourish, and for society to thrive.

We specialise in autism, ADHD and AuDHD without learning disabilities, and in creating sustainable, successful systems for us all to live and work in. Our joined-up services include:

  • Person-centred coaching and mentoring supports individuals to tackle change and challenges successfully. Clients may enter or return to education, training or employment, feel better able to remain in these, or build more comfortable and fulfilling lives, feeling more confident to self-advocate.
  • CPD talks, workshops and consultancy for businesses wishing to develop their neurodiversity inclusion practices. This may be to support their existing staff and customers more effectively, or to reach a wider pool of candidates.
  • Neurodiversity profile mapping using the Do-IT Profilers plus a strategy consultation with us. The profiler tool enables us to map out an individual's strengths, challenges and sensory preferences which we interpret to then co-design with you a bank of tools and strategies to benefit you in your day-to-day life and work. (NB This is not diagnostic.)
  • Parent Support Circles: for parents of neurodivergent young people age 14 - 22, providing peer and professional support, guidance and connection.

The PINN Forum - for Practitioners Meeting Neurodivergent Needs - is the result of our belief in the power of community: we are stronger together. This is one of our ways to build connections and collaborations between different sectors and service providers, and to promote peer learning.

What We Do

Coaching and mentoring is tailored to individual needs and circumstances. Following an initial no-commitment meeting, we agree our desired outcomes and then meet weekly at an agreed location (or online).

Our work is strengths-based, highlighting skills, qualities and interests, while also exploring the nature of the challenges faced and validating individual experiences. We focus on finding solutions, working in partnership with the client and other agencies (where relevant) to identify the steps needed for achieving their desired goals, and then supporting those steps. Finding meaningful tools for life can be a game-changer that has a ripple effect across other aspects of people’s lives.

Our talks and workshops deepen your team's understanding of neurodivergence. Specialising in autism, ADHD and the combined autistic-ADHD profile(often known as AuDHD), we shed light on how differences in our wiring inhabit multi-dimensional spectrums, revealing unique experiences that can be well-supported by a singular approach

Our CPD sessions shine a spotlight on common processing differences, exploring ways both to support individual needs, and to optimise individual strengths. We prioritise time for action-planning so that staff go away with better knowledge and understanding, and equipped with practical steps.

Enlightened leadership is not just about enhanced knowledge, but feeling lighter how you work with your teams.
