Support and Advice on Sexual Health (SASH)
"We provide free, non-judgemental and confidential support to improve your sexual health & wellbeing"
We provide free, non-judgemental and confidential support to improve your sexual health, your relationships, and your mental health. We work in Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster to improve ALL residents’ sexual health.
SASH recognise that we are all different, so we offer a range of activities and service that are tailored to you and the support that you need. SASH are able to provide support to people aged 14+
We offer different types of one-to-one support such as coaching and counselling to help you to achieve your goals, either with a member of our team or with someone who has been through what you are experiencing. They will be able to offer you information, support, guidance, and a safe space to talk about your sexual health and wellbeing.
Our peer mentoring groups are an opportunity to meet and get support from people who have a shared or similar area of lived experience including Menopause, sexuality, reproductive health and living with HIV. The groups meet for regular socials, outings and workshops.
For some of our clients we offer free treatments such as shiatsu, reflexology and acupuncture. These can help you to manage the symptoms of HIV and to improve your general wellbeing.
We always love to hear from people who want to use their own lived experience to become peer mentors at SASH. Our peer mentors support our service in a number of ways including one to one peer support, facilitating groups and workshops, taking part in social activities and taking part in community events. Please contact us to find out more.
Our free short courses last for two hours and provide a general overview of the topic. Training materials and resources will be shared after the session. If you are working in LBHF, RBKC or WCC reach out to us to learn more about our free short courses.
