Turning Point Substance Misuse Services - Socialicious Recovery Hub
"Every 30 minutes someone leaves Turning Point's services drink or drugs free."
If you want to find out how to change your use of drugs or alcohol, or get help for someone you know – you’ve come to the right place.
Let’s be honest, it can be pretty hard to face these issues alone - sometimes even admitting there’s a problem is a real challenge.
The good news is that here at Turning Point our goal is to make getting help as simple as possible. Our support is designed to fit around each person’s needs, so they can concentrate on getting back on track with life.
Located in the City Centre, Wakefield Inspiring Recovery has a Recovery Hub for both community members and those in our services to access.
The Hub provides drop-in sessions to support you with your subsance use as well as a variety of recovery-focused and interest based groups and events to enhance your personal, social and emotional development.
Whether you are in the beginning, middle or end of your recovery, we would love to see you at the Hub - no booking required.
How we can support you:
A wide range of activities and workshops take place in the Hub every week. These include a wide range of topics including:
Managing Anxiety and Worry
Coping with Cravings
Walking for Wellness
