What We Do

Total Wellbeing supports people living in Luton who want to improve their physical and emotional health.

One of our team will support you to build a treatment plan based on your circumstances. To get the best of our treatment options you will need to commit to attending the sessions.

EMOTIONAL HEALTH

The therapies we offer are all evidence based and recommended by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidelines. This means that extensive research and experience prove that they work.

STOP SMOKING

You’re more likely to stop smoking for good if you join forces with a friend or partner, and three times more likely with our support and advice. We can help you with FREE support and treatment.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Need help managing your weight? Take the first step towards a healthier you with our free Achieving a Healthy Weight – Adults, Family and Children, and healthy pregnancy programmes.

EXERCISE ON REFERRAL

This programme is for Luton residents over the age of 16 who have been referred by a health professional. It involves 12 weeks of supported gym-based activity with a specialist trainer who will be able to guide you in the right direction.

LONG TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS

We offer support for people with emotional health conditions and also specialise in other areas such as Cancer, Stroke, Cardiac rehabilitation, neurological and respiratory conditions.

SOCIAL PRESCRIPTIONS

Social prescription helps people to live well by connecting them with activities and people in their local communities. It is non-medical support to help people who may be lonely or isolated, those who care for others but need support themselves, and people living with long term conditions and/or emotional health issues, to improve their wellbeing.
