We welcome adults and families. It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete newcomer to cycling or not particularly fit – you’ll slot right in.
Our rides are varied, between urban tracks and country lanes, taking in the wonderful, interesting scenery our area has to offer. Distances range from a few miles to about 30 miles.
We support our riders to give them confidence, build their riding skills and help them expand their cycling horizons. We cycle at a speed everyone can do, with frequent rest stops, we don't leave people behind and we fix your punctures too.

Riders may join our club to ride occasionally, but some will ride regularly and may want to help support or lead rides. We welcome all helpers and offer full leader training for potential ride leaders.
