Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes
Danum Gallery, Library and Museum is a state-of-the-art building opened in 2021. It combines Doncaster's Central Library, Doncaster Museum and Art Gallery, a Rail exhibit showcasing Doncaster's rail history and the KOYLI military museum.
DGLAM is invested in promoting and supporting Doncaster's vast history and vibrant future. We offer a wonderful library and children's library, 4 museum spaces, rooms to hire and a wonderful café, all housed within a historical building adapted for modern life.
There are a range of courses, clubs and social groups that run within DGLAM, as well as plenty of opportunities for volunteering and community outreach.

DGLAM can offer library services for adults and children alike, as well as internet access and printing support. There is a free Museum, rail exhibit, KOYLI museum and art gallery all centred around Doncaster's history and present day.
We offer business start-up advice, room hire, reading groups, ESOL groups, children's activities and school visits, family activities during the holidays and a welcoming warm space for those who need it.
