Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes
Homeless Pembrokeshire is a charity operating in the Welsh counties of Pembrokeshire and NOW Carmarthenshire . The charity aims to alleviate the hardship for people who find themselves street homeless or are on the brink of homelessness.
Homeless Pembrokeshire assists people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness by; providing emergency rough sleeper packs, food aid, signposting, referrals to partner organisations, welfare checks, and in addition to this educational talks and seminars.
Anyone needing help can self-refer 7 days a week.
Our emergency rough sleeper packs are critical for those who are unable to obtain emergency accommodation.
