At LATNEM we have lived experience. We’ve been there and now provide a safe, free peer support group for mums and birthing people in Scotland.
We provide a comprehensive mental health peer support service for mothers and birthing people in Scotland.
LATNEM is registered as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).

Face to face groups, zoom meetings, online chat and special events. At LATNEM you are at the centre of everything we do.
