Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes
Samaritans is here for anyone struggling to cope – day or night, 365 days a year. We take action to prevent people reaching crisis point, helping people find ways to cope and learn the skills to be there for others. We campaign to make suicide prevention a priority.
Samaritans is a charity working across the UK and Ireland and we need donations to help fund our life-saving work.

We know that current times can be challenging, and for many people, anxiety is heightened. Right now, many of our callers are talking to us about a huge range of feelings: isolation, boredom, grief, anxiety, stress, and money worries, to name but a few. Whatever your situation, if things aren’t okay for you, then you are welcome to phone us on 116 123.
Luton branch is open on Fridays for face-to-face emotional support. Please leave a voicemail for us on 07486 850213 and we'll get back to you to schedule an appointment.
Volunteer
We are always looking for volunteers to join our branch whether as a listening volunteer, or as a support volunteer.
