Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes
AuDHD Women Exeter was created by community members for community members. From personal experience, we know how hard it can be to navigate social spaces when you have Autism or ADHD, and so we are attempting to make social opportunities for AuDHD women.
We try and meet 1-2 times a month, and all of our meet-ups are arranged through instagram.
We don't monitor our email inbox, but do check our instagram DM's regularly, this is currently the only way to contact us.

Get in touchWhat We Do
AWE is a volunteer run community group that holds regular social meet-ups for women (18+) and those who feel connected to femininity, and are either ADHD, Autistic or AuDHD, in and around Exeter.
People do not need a diagnosis to attend, but they must be at least 18 and think they are Autistic or ADHD. All attendees are expected to attend independently and self manage at the meet-ups.
Our meet-ups are posted on instagram, please message us if you have any questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Often times, we meet in small business locations around Exeter. We try our best to choose the most accessible locations availble.
We are an AuDHD and LGBTQIA+ run, queer and trans inclusive community, and welcome people who relate to femininity & would feel comfortable in a 'womens' group.
