X-4rce CIC
""Empowering men through peer support, fitness, and community engagement for better mental health.""
At X-4rce, we help men aged 18 and over who are struggling with mental health challenges. Many men face barriers in accessing support, whether due to stigma, a lack of tailored services, or isolation. We step in to provide a safe space where they can connect with peers, access one-to-one support, and take part in activities designed to foster their mental and physical well-being.
The difference we make is profound: our service users report reduced feelings of isolation, improved confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. Through initiatives like our free fitness group and peer support sessions, we empower men to rebuild their lives and contribute positively to their communities.
At X-4RCE, we provide tailored support to men aged 18 and over who are navigating mental health challenges. If you're looking for help, here’s how we can assist:
Our services are designed to foster connection, boost confidence, and reduce isolation. We’re here to help you take the first steps toward recovery and empowerment.
If someone is looking to volunteer with X-4RCE CIC, there are a few ways they can get involved and make a meaningful impact:
Assisting with Events and Activities: Volunteers can help organise and run fitness boot camps, workshops, or community events. This includes helping set up, running activities, and engaging with participants to create a welcoming environment.
Fundraising and Outreach: Volunteers can support fundraising efforts by running donation-based games, assisting with event stalls, or helping to raise awareness through local outreach and social media platforms.
Social Media and Marketing: Volunteers with skills in content creation or social media management can help raise the profile of the group and share our events and initiatives to reach a wider audience.
Mentoring and Support Roles: Volunteers can act as mentors, offering support to those facing personal challenges, particularly in areas such as employment, mental health, and family issues.
Creating and Delivering Workshops: Volunteers can help create or deliver workshops focused on personal development, health and well-being, or other topics that align with our mission to support the community.
Donating and Purchasing Our Comic: Support us by purchasing our comic All on Red, where the proceeds help fund our community programs. Donations are also greatly appreciated and help us continue our mission to provide essential services and support to those in need.
Volunteers are vital to the growth of X-4RCE CIC, and their support helps us build a stronger, more resilient community.
