We are a social enterprise where people with learning disabilities develop their unique skills and find life-enhancing employment
At our heart are the cafés we run in Portsmouth. This cosy and inviting spaces invite visitors to enjoy a range of freshly prepared food and barista drinks.
Our cafés are not just a place to eat – they are community hubs where customers can experience great service while supporting trainees who have so much to contribute.

Lily & Lime is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering individuals with learning disabilities through comprehensive training and employment opportunities in the hospitality sector.
We run the cafés at Portsmouth Central Library and The View at Portsmouth City Council Civic Offices.
Our cafés offer a welcoming environment where customers can enjoy a variety of freshly prepared, affordable food and beverages. We take pride in our friendly service and the quality of our offerings, which are produced either in-house within our training kitchen or sourced from local businesses.
We are proud to be part of Minstead Trust, a local charity committed to supporting over 320 people with learning disabilities along the south coast of England.

Be part of our Community Hub, held on the second Tuesday of every month from 10.30am to 12.00pm at the Lily & Lime Café, Portsmouth Central Library.
Support our work by getting involved in fundraising events hosted by Lily & Lime and our parent charity, Minstead Trust.
Whether it’s a bake sale, charity run, or community celebration, your participation helps us continue providing vital training and employment opportunities for individuals with learning disabilities.
