Free and confidential sexual health service
Part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust sexual health services
Walk-in or online booking service available but the clinic no longer accepts walk-ins for asymptomatic (no concerns or no symptoms) check-ups
We provide a priority service for:
- young people (under 18 years old)
- emergency contraception
- post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP)
- people with severe symptoms
If you need a priority service we'll ask you to complete a registration form. After you have filled in the form, the nurse-in-charge will assess you. There will be a wait to see the nurse-in-charge, and we ask for your patience while you wait. After we assess you, we'll either see you on the same day or ask you to come back the next day.

- assessment of sexual health symptoms
- treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- contraception (including emergency contraception)
- treatment for infections
- free condoms and lubricants
- HIV testing (including one minute tests)
- post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP)
- pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)
- care and support after experiences of sexual assault, sexual violence, or domestic violence
- care and support if you have problems with chemsex (using drugs as part of your sex life)
- referral information for sexual health counselling
- referral information for psychosexual therapy
