My name is Kate, and I’m the Activity and Wellbeing Manager for Everyone Active South Derbyshire.
My role focuses on tackling health inequalities and promoting physical activity and mental wellbeing for people of all ages. I create inclusive activities, events, and opportunities that build trust and relationships within the community—supporting people from all backgrounds and championing diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- These classes are specifically designed for individuals with Dementia and long term memory loss with modifications to make them accessible and enjoyable.
- This class will help maintain and improve cardiovascular health , strength, flexibility and balance which are beneficial for overall health and mobility.
