My name is Kate, and I’m the Activity and Wellbeing Manager for Everyone Active South Derbyshire.
My role focuses on tackling health inequalities and promoting physical activity and mental wellbeing for people of all ages. I create inclusive activities, events, and opportunities that build trust and relationships within the community—supporting people from all backgrounds and championing diversity, equality, and inclusion.

- Good Boost is designed for people living with musculoskeletal conditions and concurrent health problems.
- Exercise programmes are delivered through a tablet using AI technology to generate bespoke exercise programmes, Developed by experienced clinicians and tech engineers, the Good Boost system considers each participants’ health, symptoms and functional ability to create achievable and personalised exercises for each participant.
- Each participant’s health, Symptoms and functional ability are considered to create paced, achievable exercise programmes.
- Our Aqua programme consider water confidence so is appropriate for non-swimmers and is a great way to build confidence in the water.
- Good Boost is a multi-award winning social enterprise with NHS Certified technology and ORCHA medical app approval. creating new pathways between the NHS and gyms.
- On arrival you will be given a tablet by a member of staff and they will help get your account set up ready to start your session this usually takes around 20 minutes- so please arrive 20 minutes prior to the session. ( Please note this will only take 20 mins on the first session thereafter will be 5 minutes)
- Our Good Boost sessions are free of charge to our GP Referral clients and for all members and non members is a cost of £3.75 per session, these are all bookable via our App or telephone on 01283 2162629.
