Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes
The Active Minds programme
We are offering FREE wellbeing activity sessions which are fully inclusive and dementia friendly for H&F residents who are 18+.
The Active Minds programme includes: Sing Hammersmith, Dance for Dementia, table tennis, wellbeing walks, swimming and other activities.
The sessions will demonstrate the impact of community activities which bring together residents of many ages, abilities and interests to maintain positive mental health.
You can book onto any of these activities using our booking form.
