Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes
A small grassroots charity supporting women who are either at risk of experiencing domestic violence or are survivors, as well as, supporting children and young people who may have been impacted by the violence, experienced trauma and adversities. We also support women who are single parents etc.

We recognise the importance of a continuity of service, and thus we facilitate activities that seek to heal, build a network of women with similar lived experiences, through activities such as; Yoga, Pottery, Poetry, Art, Dance, events, self defense workshops, group and 1:1 sessions. We encourage women to volunteer, and we support them to access training, education and employment, as well as, referring and signposting, to other organisations.
