Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes

Our mission is to cultivate a compassionate & inclusive society where mental health is understood, supported and prioritised. We are dedicated to empowering individuals through education, resources and togetherness. We aim to create a society that values, education, mental and physical wellbeing & reduce mental health stigma. 

Our mental health work with men, women and children is rooted in a holistic, educational, trauma-informed approaches that recognise the unique emotional landscapes and lived experiences of each individual. For our groups we create a safe space, stigma free that encourages vulnerability and emotional expression, with our specialists who then provide techniques and recourses to foster greater self-awareness and coping skills self empowerment.  

Across our groups, we ensuring that every person feels seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward mental health.

What We Do

We have various mental health groups that offer education, holistic approaches and coping strategies. Our sessions are free and open for members  of the public or organisation.  

personalised pathways: we understand everyone's mental health journeys are different, so we try to guide them with the right resources. however we understand our methods may not always be the right way for the individual, so using our various partners, signposting individuals to the right places and people. 

We are big advocators for community and connection, we believe healing happens in connection. We have many groups and partners in our communities we share the experiences with. Growing that connection and togetherness in our sessions.

Volunteer

We are looking for community champions and mental health advocators, your unique personal experience and collective shared idea's will benefit everyone in the group.
