Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes

What We Do

We can offer advice about immigration matters , help you understand your rights around housing and welfare benefits , and practical information about living in the UK .

We also provide support to people who have experienced or are experiencing domestic abuse or hate crime .

Our service is open to all Eastern and Central Europeans. Our advisers speak English, Romanian, Polish, and Ukrainian. We can help in other Eastern European languages through professional interpreters.
