Our Vision

  • Inspire everyone to engage in dance.
  • Harness dance as a powerful tool to meet community needs.
  • Ensure our programmes are open, inclusive, and accessible to all.
  • Simply dance for everyone and everybody.
  • We deliver 72 classes and programmes each week.
  • We work in: Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow, Richmond, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston, Wandsworth, Westminster.
  • Our work has been featured in The Guardian, Evening Standard, Marie Clare and London Live.


Each year we reach 30,000 people aged one to 103, helping them feel healthier, happier and more connected.  We help individuals improve the physical and mental health through dance.
