Change Grow Live - Bromley Drug and Alcohol Service

"We believe everyone has the ability to change"

Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes

We know that it isn’t easy to take that first step and ask for support. When you first contact us, we can discuss your challenges and goals; give you information about your next steps; and answer any questions you might have.

We are here to help you set your goals and achieve them. We’ll listen to your needs and create a treatment plan that suits you. We will provide advice and information about the options available to help you stay safe and well. Our service is free, confidential and non-judgemental.

What We Do

There are many ways you can get help from the service, including one-to-one key working sessions, access to a nurse, access to clean injecting equipment, and substitute medication if needed.

Our workers specialise in a range of areas such as alcohol, opiates, non-opiate drugs, criminal justice, complex needs and aftercare to support you.

We work alongside a variety of other professionals to ensure you’re able to access support for all your needs, not just your substance use. We can also signpost or refer you to appropriate additional services as needed.
