Founded in Hackney, London in 2019, Support When It Matters Enterprise CIC is a social enterprise with a mission: improving the life chances of African/Caribbean and Dual Heritage communities in London. We specialise in supporting adults facing complex challenges, including substance use, mental health issues, homelessness, and involvement in the criminal justice system.

Helping You Overcome Addiction
At Support When It Matters, we offer free drug and alcohol services to help you retake control of your life. Our dedicated team members understand the challenges of addiction firsthand and are here to ensure that you get the help you need and deserve.
We currently provide support in the London boroughs of: Hackney, Newham, Islington, Camden, Lewisham, Southwark, Harrow, Haringey, Enfield, Barking and Dagenham, and Barnet. If you're 25 or over and live in one of these areas, we're here to support you.
