What We Do

Harper House delivered by Phoenix Futures is a specialist residential rehab for families seeking support for parental drug or alcohol misuse. It is the only Residential Service in England offering recovery support to all makes of families (mums, dads, singles or couples, pregnant women), while remaining the carers of their children.

The service provides fully equipped refurbished family rooms,  Spacious shared lounges,  Fully equipped kitchen/dining areas for preparing and enjoying family meals, large gardens with a playground for all ages,  Clinical room and a onsite Registered day care service.

Our multi-disciplinary team comprising of therapeutic workers, childcare workers, night care workers and a  nurse provide 24/7 personalised support through one-to-one consultations, groups, parenting support (Triple P Programme), childcare support, GP & Healthcare visits and complementary therapies within a Therapeutic Community approach.

The programme brings together three main elements; therapeutic interventions, parenting and childcare, each responsive to the individual needs of each family. The parenting element is underpinned by evidence-based interventions which enhance the parent's ability to manage their child’s development.

Safe move on planning and aftercare support is also provided for all community members.

Medically monitored detox is available subject to assessment.
