Our service provides free and confidential access to adults over 18 who use alcohol and drugs.
We can help with any questions or worries you might have about:
It isn’t always easy to take that first step and reach out about struggles with substances. When you first visit Aspire Havering, you will be met by a friendly member of our team who will answer any questions you may have.
We will help you with the tools you need to reach your goals, whilst supporting you through your challenges.

We know that entering treatment is one of the hardest parts of the recovery journey, but the most important!
We also know that sometimes people are unsure about what to expect from treatment services.
Your first assessment will take approximately one hour and 30 minutes. This session is for us to discuss and learn more about your needs and how we can support your goals.
We will also provide information about the treatment and support options available to you at Havering.
