Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes
We support individuals 18 years and over. Students, Carers, Single parents, Black and Ethnic minority groups and those on low income.
Our mission is to empower individuals so that they can improve their mental health and wellbeing. We want to offer the opportunity for people to access affordable and low-cost counselling when they need it most.
We believe that if our mental health and wellbeing is taken care of, people can live a more fulfilled life. It is unfortunate that affordable, accessible and high-quality counselling and therapy is often out of reach to those who need it most.
We are working actively to break down the barrier of access to essential counselling support for all who need it.

We provide online counselling throughout the UK, for issues such as:
- Anxiety
- Trauma
- Depression
- Bereavement
- Childhood Issues
- Cultural Issues
- Domestic Abuse
- Work Stress
- Low Self-Esteem
- Relationship Issues
We do not have a waiting list and you can been seen a few days after your assessment has been reviewed.
Sessions are available Mondays through to Sundays, Daytime and Evening.
