Mid-Lin Day Care Centre

Our service began many years ago as a small lunch club, with a simple aim: to bring people together, provide good company and create opportunities to build friendships. Over the years, we have grown and developed into a full-day adult day service, supporting people across Dundee city with a wider range of needs.

We are passionate about creating a welcoming place where everyone feels included, valued and able to be themselves. We provide opportunities to socialise, make new friends and take part in meaningful activities that people enjoy. We believe that being part of the community is an important part of everyone’s life. That is why we provide transport across the city and regularly organise outings and activities, giving the people we support opportunities to visit different places, try new experiences and maintain connections with their local community.

What makes us different is that we see our service as more than just a place to spend the day. We focus on the person, their interests, relationships and what makes them happy. We want the people we support to feel connected, have a sense of belonging and enjoy meaningful days filled with friendship, activity and new experiences.

From our beginnings as a lunch club to the service we are today, our focus has remained the same: bringing people together and helping them feel part of their community.
