Launching January 2027 — Bristol City
Access All Areas Inclusive Support is an independent, Bristol-based provider specialising in Direct Payments guidance and personalisation support. We work with adults with neurodivergent conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities, drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience to deliver support that truly understands.
Our person-centred service empowers individuals to stay in control of their own funding, build confidence, and live the life they choose. We provide practical, step-by-step guidance across all aspects of managing a Direct Payment or Personal Budget — so people feel capable, informed, and fully in charge.

WHAT WE DO — Direct Payments, Personal Budget & Personalisation Support
Access All Areas Inclusive Support provides one-to-one guidance and practical assistance to help people manage their own Direct Payments and Personal Budgets with confidence. We support adults across Bristol — including those with neurodivergent conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities — to stay fully in control of their funding and their lives.
Our core services:
- Recruiting & employing your Personal Assistant — help writing job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, interview preparation, understanding contracts, references, and DBS checks
- Payroll & budget guidance — show you how to use approved payroll services, submit hours, understand payslips, track spending, and make payments from your own account
- Money management & reviews — plan your budget, stay on track, prepare for council reviews, and understand what you can spend and when
- Confidence & skill-building — help you learn the skills to manage things independently, at your own pace
- Community connection — support you to access local activities, build routines, and live the life you choose
- Signposting & safeguarding — know who to contact when you need extra help, and escalate to formal support if managing funds becomes too much
Our promise:
We guide — you decide. We do not hold your money, manage your accounts, or make decisions for you. We stand beside you, explain things simply, and help you build the confidence to do it yourself.
We don’t currently have volunteer roles available. In future, volunteers could help with community activities, outings and raising awareness. Right now, sharing our service helps us most!
