Community Project
West of England Billiards & Snooker Foundation
"Billiards & Snooker For All"
The WEBSF is a not-for-profit community group maintained by a team of Volunteers and Ambassadors. Through regular coaching sessions we aim to provide a safe, secure and informative environment where people can form new friendships and learn different skills.
Using Billiards and Snooker as a tool for learning, our regular coaching school not only concentrates on developing the skills of the game but also assists participants with increasing confidence, improving social skills and working on aspects of literacy and numeracy.
We have a diverse attendance base made up of children through to retirees with both male and female participants. We also have some attendees with a disability.
We also promote tournaments and other events for all standards and abilities throughout the West of England Region, providing a platform for development to all levels including professional.
Or as a participant where you will learn and develop new cue sport skills to fulfil your potential or just to play for fun. Side benefits include the development of literacy, numeracy and social skills.
In addition to the coaching we provide other Billiards & Snooker related services to the community with which we would welcome help & assistance
