On 9th March 2025, let’s all come together for the 5th UK National Day of Reflection.
It was first celebrated in 2021 to mark the first anniversary of the first lockdown. It’s a special moment to remember everyone who died during the #Pandemic.
We’re encouraging everyone to take part in a minute’s silence, share the name of who you’re remembering on the day and plan a reflective event or activity.
It’s an opportunity to remember our loved ones who’ve died, support people who are grieving, and connect with each other. Please join us once again to mark the day with a minute’s silence at noon, a nationwide network of Walls of Reflection, and a series of grief-themed online programmes.
