Time to Talk - Devon
The Time to Talk service aims to improve well-being for people with a disability or who are Deaf, by reducing loneliness and isolation.
It is a telephone and webcam service, provided by a team of staff and volunteers, offering a listening ear, peer support, information, advice and signposting.
Their webcam service for Deaf people who use British Sign Language (BSL) is provided by people who are fluent in BSL. Webcam (video chat) services are available using Skype, FaceTime and Facebook Messenger.
