Day 5 of the #PiF2C Challenge

It’s Day 5 of the “Pay it Forward 2 Communities” #PiF2C 12-day challenge!

Today we have two different challenges you can choose from. Don’t forget to catch our previous to read more information about the challenge.

Kids

Today your challenge is to make someone laugh! Laughing is great for our wellbeing, mental health and physical health.

Why not make the challenge a bit more fun and see who in your household can make the other person laugh more through the day?

Adults

Your challenge today is to write down 3 things you are thankful for. From this list work out who has contributed to these things and thank them for it, or do something for them. Make sure the people you love know how much they mean to you!

Here is the 12-day checklist for you to print. To take part all you have to do is complete the challenge of the day and (if you can) take a photo and post it online – don’t forget to tag us and the partnering organisation!

We will be posting the challenges daily on our social media and blog so feel free to follow us using any of these links.
